Also, Cassidy Freeman told TVGuide.com that her contract runs three years, meaning she could be included in Season 10. As of right now it looks like Allison Mack is the only one not signed for the upcoming season. It looks like this could be the year 'Chloe Sullivan' falls out of the 'Superman' universe.
