New Guardians of the Galaxy Game out This October

I love playing as the Guardians in the Marvel LEGO games with my son but it doesn't really hit the spot when it comes to the scary aliens and the bitter-sweet rude relationship dynamic we see in the films.

However, Gaming company, Square Enix, have recently released a trailer for their up-coming Guardians of the Galaxy game due to be released October 26th this year on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Fire up Star-Lord’s jet boots for a wild ride across the cosmos in this third-person action-adventure game, a fresh take on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. With the unpredictable Guardians at your side, blast your way from one explosive situation to another, with original and iconic Marvel characters caught in a struggle for the fate of the universe. You got this. Probably.

The game seems to show the Guardians with similar relationships to what we have seen in the films, so if you love the films including Marvel's Groot, Rocket, Star Lord, Gamora and Drax then this looks like the perfect game for you.

The game is given a Teen rating meaning suitable for 13 years and over. If you Pre-order, the downloadable content includes classic comic-based skins for the Guardians if you prefer their more traditional look.
