COWABUNGA DUDES! TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES. Issues 1 to 4. First prints.

Offered together for sale for, we believe, the first time anywhere in the world in slabbed high grade, the first four issues of the Hero’s in a Half-shell.

#1 CGC 9.6
#2 CGC 9.6
#3 CGC 9.6
#4 CGC 9.8

We are selling on behalf of a client and realise the asking price of £100,000 is well in front of current market prices but the owner and we believe that with #1 in high grade, becoming the hottest comic book on the planet, it won’t take long for the market to catch up to this price, and it won’t be as long as you think!

Check out all Issues now available to view in our store.

I love playing as the Guardians in the Marvel LEGO games with my son but it doesn't really hit the spot when it comes to the scary aliens and the bitter-sweet rude relationship dynamic we see in the films.

However, Gaming company, Square Enix, have recently released a trailer for their up-coming Guardians of the Galaxy game due to be released October 26th this year on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Fire up Star-Lord’s jet boots for a wild ride across the cosmos in this third-person action-adventure game, a fresh take on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. With the unpredictable Guardians at your side, blast your way from one explosive situation to another, with original and iconic Marvel characters caught in a struggle for the fate of the universe. You got this. Probably.

The game seems to show the Guardians with similar relationships to what we have seen in the films, so if you love the films including Marvel's Groot, Rocket, Star Lord, Gamora and Drax then this looks like the perfect game for you.

The game is given a Teen rating meaning suitable for 13 years and over. If you Pre-order, the downloadable content includes classic comic-based skins for the Guardians if you prefer their more traditional look.

A few years ago we spotted a series of paintings of classic 1980s SciFi films, including BACK TO THE FUTURE, ROBOCOP and GHOSTBUSTERS by pop artist MUTE.

We bought them all.

Then we just had to commission him to create, in his own inimitable style, a series of 10 superhero canvases, 5 DC and 5 Marvel, depicting the heroes and the actors who first portrayed them on the screen.

Now all of these original works of art and smaller canvas prints signed by MUTE. are for sale exclusively at Worldofsuperheroes.com.

If you didn't know what to get the old man for Fathers Day, now you do.

We missed out on a lot of movies at the cinema over the past 14 months however Marvel and DC have either released via streaming sites or post-poned until this year.

Now that restaurants are opening people can finally get back to the very missed date nights that are so vital for relationships, whether it's a break from the kids or a couple first starting out or even a family day out, the movies have been a part of western culture for decades. I have found out all the up-coming movies to see this year being released by Marvel Studios and Warner Bros. perfect to get us back to loving our cinemas again who have struggled through the pandemic.

Black Widow - July 9th
At birth the Black Widow (aka Natasha Romanova) is given to the KGB, which grooms her to become its ultimate operative. When the U.S.S.R. breaks up, the government tries to kill her as the action moves to present-day New York, where she is a freelance operative.

The Suicide Squad - August 6th
James Gunn Directs Supervillains Harley Quinn, Bloodsport, Peacemaker and a collection of nutty cons at Belle Reve prison join the super-secret, super-shady Task Force X as they are dropped off at the remote, enemy-infused island of Corto Maltese.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings - September 3rd
Shang-Chi must confront the past he thought he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage - September 24th
Tom Hardy returns as Eddie Brock who tries to reignite his journalism career by interviewing serial killer Cletus Kasady played by Woody Harrelson who becomes the host of an alien symbiote similar to Venom named Carnage.

Eternals - November 5th
Marvel Studios' Eternals features an exciting new team of Super Heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ancient aliens who have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows to reunite against mankind's most ancient enemy, the Deviants.

Spider-Man: No Way Home - 17th December
Released just before Christmas, Marvel are releasing the third Spider-Man movie which will carry on after Spider-Man: Far From Home. Starring Tom Holland as the web slinger it is set to bring Spider-People from different universes similar to Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse, no official synopsis yet but it is said that past actors and villains who have appeared in past Spider-man films will be returning.

So get your calendar, get your favourite restaurant booked, get your tickets booked and enjoy!
