In our considered opinion this is the highest grade copy of VIZ #1 in existence.

Only 150 were printed, most didn’t survive and the ones that did are well-read and damaged. Of the high-grade ones that did survive, surely this pristine copy is the finest. The original free ice cream coupon is still affixed to the back page, the staple is not rusty.

Our resident comic grading expert estimates that if this were slabbed by CGC it would get a 9.8 rating.
