The Two Movies to See After the Lockdown

The Two Movies to See After the Lockdown

The 2016 Suicide Squad wasn't the best version it could have been, but James Gunn took on the job to bring a whole new level of badass to the team in the up-coming sequel.

Task Force X aka Suicide Squad includes a huge amount of villains who are forced into a team together to save the world, their incentive is they get time off the prison sentences, if they rebel then Government Agent Amanda Waller will blow their head off. Yes Viola Davis is returning as Amanda Waller as well as Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. The cast includes John Cena, Idris Elba, Storm Reid and Sylvester Stallone is the voice of King Shark. With more blood, violence and humour than the first, I don't think we will miss the Joker much.

It's due to be released August 6th which is hopefully when all the cinemas will be open and movie buffs and sci-fi fans can crawl out of their gaming and movie dens to watch this epic, expendable, unrestrained blockbuster I think we all need after the last year.

Despite DC putting a release date down for Suicide Squad, after months of rescheduling Marvel are waiting to reveal its official release date for Black Widow. The movie will jump between Natasha Romanova's past and current life in New York which will delve more into how she became the assassin we know and love. Marvel fans have been waiting a long time to see this, having to settle for the fantastic new Marvel series's on Disney+.

These are the first two movies on my list to see as well as the last Daniel Craig Bond movie, No Time to Die which is due to be release September 30th 2021. Once you feel safe enough Id recommend a date night out at the cinema or a catch up with friends and a coffee after if things continue to open safely and life can restart.
