We missed out on a lot of movies at the cinema over the past 14 months however Marvel and DC have either released via streaming sites or post-poned until this year.
Now that restaurants are opening people can finally get back to the very missed date nights that are so vital for relationships, whether it's a break from the kids or a couple first starting out or even a family day out, the movies have been a part of western culture for decades. I have found out all the up-coming movies to see this year being released by Marvel Studios and Warner Bros. perfect to get us back to loving our cinemas again who have struggled through the pandemic.
Black Widow - July 9th
At birth the Black Widow (aka Natasha Romanova) is given to the KGB, which grooms her to become its ultimate operative. When the U.S.S.R. breaks up, the government tries to kill her as the action moves to present-day New York, where she is a freelance operative.
The Suicide Squad - August 6th
James Gunn Directs Supervillains Harley Quinn, Bloodsport, Peacemaker and a collection of nutty cons at Belle Reve prison join the super-secret, super-shady Task Force X as they are dropped off at the remote, enemy-infused island of Corto Maltese.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings - September 3rd
Shang-Chi must confront the past he thought he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage - September 24th
Tom Hardy returns as Eddie Brock who tries to reignite his journalism career by interviewing serial killer Cletus Kasady played by Woody Harrelson who becomes the host of an alien symbiote similar to Venom named Carnage.
Eternals - November 5th
Marvel Studios' Eternals features an exciting new team of Super Heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ancient aliens who have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows to reunite against mankind's most ancient enemy, the Deviants.
Spider-Man: No Way Home - 17th December
Released just before Christmas, Marvel are releasing the third Spider-Man movie which will carry on after Spider-Man: Far From Home. Starring Tom Holland as the web slinger it is set to bring Spider-People from different universes similar to Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse, no official synopsis yet but it is said that past actors and villains who have appeared in past Spider-man films will be returning.
